This includes the surgeon who was called in the middle of the night

to remove her appendix, all of the nurses who cared for her, the attendant who wheeled her from the ER to the OR (and gave me a warm blanket without me asking), the woman who delivered her food, and the woman working the exit booth in the parking deck.
